Burnell Moliere founded the Martin Luther King Commemorative Organization for St. Charles Parish. For reducing the burden on prisons, Burnell Moliere founded and maintains a Community Bases Corrections Service which helps the authorities in keeping a check on the criminals through an interactive voice calling system. He also loves to volunteer and make donations for noble causes, such as he along with his friends volunteered to do cooking for a lady from St. Charles Parish community who had lost all her possessions due to fire. Burnell Moliere also donated drinks and did cooking for the picnic of The Stronger Hope Baptist Church in New Orleans.

Burnell Moliere was the keynote speaker for the Bell Baptist Church Family and Friends day program. He put forth his ideas about progress by narrating some stories to make the session interactive and interesting for the audience. He talked about the people who play an important part in our lives but are never appreciated for their efforts. He gave the example of ground crew on airports. We only notice the pilots, flight attendants, and ticket takers as they are the only people who we see while getting on a plane. But the people on ground like the baggage handlers, the mechanics, people who work on cleanliness and maintenance of interiors of the plane should get our attention and appreciation too as their participation is as important as others.

By narrating this and more stories, Burnell Moliere drove the point home that it is everyone’s responsibility to help others in their progress. Just being successful ourselves is not the end of our journey. It is important that we help youngsters in completing their education, feed the homeless people, help someone in getting a job or by guiding children to stay away from drugs, etc. Burnell Moliere also gave examples of some very successful individuals who had seen hard times initially but had achieved success ultimately through the help, guidance, and encouragement of someone. These people were doing their part by helping others in succeeding.
