Twalla was active in sports while growing up, a high school cheerleader, gymnastics, and in the debate team. She attended the University of Phoenix in the 1990s and worked with people with mental disabilities in group home settings. Twalla has an affinity for helping people and has donated her time and money in the 1990s to helping the elderly, the mentally disabled, and children’s causes.
In 2001, Twalla began a career in loan origination. In 1995, Ms. Robertson became a call center manager for mortgage origination and later website sales.
She is currently happily married to Michael Bacolas and the proud parent to daughter Kalin and Daniel.
Twalla Robertson’s interests include cooking, camping, church activities, bowling, caring for her children, and family time.
“I try to find the good in people,” remarks Twalla Robertson. “I’m always picking up stray cats and dogs…my husband hates it, but that’s my personality.”
“My life ambition is to retire and spend my time working with children’s charities, the elderly, and with battered women and abused children,” remarks Twalla Robertson.
Her husband agrees. “I’m not saying Twalla is like Mother Theresa, but she is one of the most moral and outstanding people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.”
“I feel very blessed to have Twalla Robertson in my life,” a proud Michael Bacolas exclaims.
Not too many people find true happiness. It seems Twalla Robertson has found that with Michael Bacolas.
God bless them both.
